There are three levels of Users: Super Admin, Admin (Business Owner) and Sub-Admin (Manager).
- Super Admin a primary account owner, generally the owners of the franchise business. The super admin user has access to create other users and manage all locations for the account.
- Admin (Business Owner) a user who can manage specific locations and add other sub-admin users to manage specific locations.
- Sub-Admin (Manager) a user who can manage specific locations.
Setup involves the following steps:
- Logging in for the first time.
- Activating a ProPay account if you would like to receive ACH and Credit Card payments via the S3 PMS.
- Setting up locations
- Setting up suites
- Setting up tenants
Additional setup can include creating notification templates and adding admin or sub-admin users to help manage the PMS. You can also get more information about the Dashboard that you land on when you first login to the PMS.
