The Salon Suites Property Management Solution (PMS) is a secure website that makes it easy to automate your rent collection, suite activity, and communication with your tenants. There are three levels of Users: Super Admin, Admin (Business Owner) and Sub-Admin (Manager).

  • Super Admin a primary account owner, generally the owners of the franchise business. The super admin user has access to create other users and manage all locations for the account.
  • Admin (Business Owner) a user who can manage specific locations and add other sub-admin users to manage specific locations.
  • Sub-Admin (Manager) a user who can manage specific locations.

Setup involves the following steps:

  1. Logging in for the first time.
  2. Activating a ProPay account if you would like to receive ACH and Credit Card payments via the S3 PMS.
  3. Setting up locations
  4. Setting up suites
  5. Setting up tenants

Additional setup can include creating notification templates and adding admin or sub-admin users to help manage the PMS. You can also get more information about the Dashboard that you land on when you first login to the PMS.
