Managing Tenants and Prospects
A Tenant is an individual that has signed a leased agreement with the Salon Suite Owner. A Tenant can be active and assigned to a suite when a lease term is current or inactive (i.e. not assigned to a suite). Please see the Managing Tenants section for more information.
A Prospect is an individual that has shown an interest in leasing a suite but has not completed the legal process to become a Tenant. The PMS can be used as a sales pipeline to manage interested parties and convert them to tenants when a lease is signed. Please see the Managing Prospects section for more information.
