Tenants
The mobile app can be used by Tenants to both manage their interaction with the Salon Suite Owners and to run their business by communicating with clients for appointments and payments. The S3 app allows Tenants to receive credit card payments from within the app for a low 2.5% credit card processing fee.
Setup of the mobile app for tenant use involves the following steps:
- Setup as a Tenant in the PMS by the Salon Suite Owner. This step is required before a Tenant can access the advanced features of the mobile app. You should receive e-mail notification when the Salon Suite Owner has completed this step.
- Installation of the app on your mobile device. The Salon Suite Solutions mobile app currently supports Apple and Android based devices. Your introduction e-mail contains direct links to download each version. It is also possible to go directly to the Apple App Store or the Google Play store, search for your salon suite name and download the app from the store.
