Managing Tenants
Tenants may be managed from the PMS interface from multiple screens. Once a Tenant is entered into the system they can be accessed from the Location, the Room/Suite they've been assigned to or the Tenants list. Tenants can be imported using a CSV file, added to an individual Room/Suite, or entered as a Prospect then converted to a Tenant.
Tenant information such as their lease data and notes may be edited. Contact information can only be edited if the Tenant has not yet accessed the mobile app. If the Tenant has accessed the app then it becomes the Tenant's responsibility to keep their name, phone number and e-mail address up to date in the system.
The Tenant list accessed from the left hand menu defaults to displaying only 'Assigned' Tenants. A Tenant is assigned to a suite when they are actively renting the suite. To view ALL Tenants, un-check the 'Assigned Only' box. The Tenant list displays in grid format by default. Click the List button to switch to a list view. It is possible to search the list of Tenants by first or last name using the search box.
